3rd million-dollar residential sale in Sippy Downs

The rainy long weekend proved no challenge as buyers turned up with umbrellas and bidder cards ready to secure their property of choice.

Sippy Downs, which over the past 12 months has had a median house price of $550,000, emerged one of the surprise stars.

The family-friendly suburb, with its paths, lakes and education offerings, chalked up what we believe was only its third million-dollar residential sale.

The four-bedroom (plus study), three-bathroom home set on 800m2 at 5 Somerville Crescent, which backs onto parkland, was sold under the hammer for $1,000,000 neat. Jason Jaeger from C21 Caloundra, buyers and sellers were all ecstatic with the result.
